  1. HOW DO THE SHIRTS FIT? Our products are unisex, with a true-to-size fit. We advise ladies to size down if you want a more form-fitting tee. 
  2. WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME AND CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER? Please allow up to 5-7 Business days for all orders to ship. However, due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 
  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AND THEN THE PRICE CHANGES? Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
  4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order has been shipped. You may also CLICK HERE to track your order.
  5. WHY DOES MY ORDER READ PRE-SHIPMENT WHENEVER I TRY TO TRACK IT? Once we print the shipping label for your order, the tracking number email is sent directly to you. Pre-Shipment only means we are preparing the order.
  6. I MADE AN ERROR ENTERING MY ADDRESS. HOW DO I CORRECT IT? Please report any shipping errors to lawrenceiscashndreams@gmail.com immediately!  CA$HING IN DREAMS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPPING ISSUES including lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if you do not notify us before shipping label is created and package is shipped.  
  7. WHY DOES MY ORDER READ "RETURNED TO SENDER" WHENEVER I TRY TO TRACK IT? Packages that are returned to sender means the mail carrier was unable to deliver the package to the address provided. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the provided information is correct. If your package is returned to us, we will re-ship it to you, however a second delivery attempt fee will be issued.
  8. MY PACKAGE IS LISTED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHY? USPS is 100% responsible for the delivery of EVERY package. If you receive a delivery notification but no package, please immediately report the tracking number to your local post office. 
  9. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? All Sales are Final but our products make awesome gifts for family members and friends!
